The Reports Options allow you to setup the Web Form Tracking Report features.

Show Submitted Form Embed Link – The option will covert the Form Name into a Link in which when clicked on will embed the Form Submission information into a new row in the table.   You can also adjust the Field Column Width as well.

Show Submitted Form (Id Column) Hover Popup – This option will give you a preview of the submitted form information in a hover popup.  This feature is turned on by default.  It requires that the “Id” column is present in the table for this to work.  You can adjust the delay of the popup via the “Delay in Seconds” field.

 

Show Web Form (Form Id Column) Hover Popup – This option will give you a preview of the web form template in a hover popup.  This feature is turned on by default.  It requires that the “Form Id” column is present in the table for this to work.  You can adjust the delay of the popup via the “Delay in Seconds” field.

Show Contact Email Address Column (Appears next to Contact Name) – This option adds an “Email Address” column into the Report.  It requires an API Connection to make it work.  When it appears, it will display the message “(Hover to show)”, in which you must hover your mouse pointer over the field to show it.

NOTE: Displaying the Email Address when the report is shown is technically possible, but it would API intensive.  If you produce a report with 500 rows it would take a few minutes to display it.  Hence why it has been implemented this way.
