The Reports Options allows you to set up the Opportunity Stage History Report. This is a new report that XtendIn will added into Infusionsoft – CRM – Reports – Sales section. It will require the use of the API, and so the connection will need to be configured.
Show the Opportunity Stage History Report option (Listed at the bottom of the Sales Reports)
This option when checked, will add the report into Infusionsoft – CRM – Reports – Sales section. It will appear at the bottom of the table.
Note, when you click on the “Opportunity Stage History (XtendIn)” link, it will reshow the Sales page again, and will then show the new report.
This option allows you to setup whether All Opportunities or the last selected Opportunity is shown when the page is refreshed.
This option allows you to setup the default Date Range when the report is shown. By default it will show the last 28 days of the Stage History. But the options allow you to specify other types of date ranges.
You can also set the option to record the last selected dates as well.
This option allows you to setup whether All Owners or the last selected Owner is shown when the page is refreshed.
Number of rows per page
This option will control the default number of rows to show in the table when the report is shown.
Default Sort Column
These two options will control the sort order when the report is shown.
Opportunity Stage History (XtendIn) Report
When you see the report, you have options to filter by Opportunity and by the Owner of the report.
Note, this report is generated by XtendIn, and is not part of Infusionsoft Reports. If there is any problems with this report, please raise it via the XtendIn website, and not Infusionsoft Support.
Actions – You have the ability to export the report data as a CSV file. There is a Totals Export option will totals up the number of opportunities within the report and outputs a CSV file.
Start over – This basically refreshes the page and reverts back to its previous settings.
Print – You can print a copy of this report via the button.
